4. Franchise KI's Role

Franchise KI is a franchise consulting firm. By submitting a territory claim or inquiry, you understand that:

• A Franchise KI consultant may contact you to discuss your inquiry.
• Franchise KI may earn a referral fee or commission from franchise brands if you ultimately become a franchisee. This is standard practice in the franchise brokerage industry and does not affect the cost of a franchise to you.
• You are under no obligation to proceed with any franchise recommendation.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when submitting forms.
• Not use this platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or duplicate our data or platform without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
